Fees and Costs

The fee structure for mediation and AMA proceedings is designed to be proportionate, transparent, and cost-effective. Fees are determined based on:

• The value and complexity of the dispute
• The time spent by the mediator(s)
• Administrative support provided by the Centre

Administrative fees and mediator remuneration are payable in accordance with the prescribed schedule. The Secretariat may determine advance deposits towards costs and revise them as necessary during the proceedings.
