Governing Council

The BIAC is guided by a distinguished Governing Council comprising eminent jurists, retired judges, senior advocates, academicians, and representatives from the business and legal communities. The Council is entrusted with framing institutional policies, ensuring the Centre’s adherence to international standards, and upholding the values of independence and neutrality that define the institution.
