Refund Policy

Basavanagudi Arbitration Centre believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 Hours of placing the booking request. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the hearing is scheduled within the same 24 Hours of time duration.
• Basavanagudi Arbitration Centre accepts cancellation requests under the following terms:
  • If the booking is cancelled before 5 days of the date booked a sum of Rs.500/- shall be deducted towards administrative charges from the booking amount.
  • If the booking is cancelled between 5 days and up to 2 days prior to the date booked, a sum equivalent to 25% of the booking amount shall be deducted.
  • If the booking is cancelled within 2 days of the date booked for, a sum equivalent to 50% of the booking amount shall be deducted.
  • No refund on the same day.
• In case the hearing is rescheduled on the request of the arbitrator and the same is informed to the BAC to be considered without additional charges, you must bring it to the notice of our BAC within 2 days of the order. The BAC team after looking into your request and will take an appropriate decision.
• In case of any Refunds approved by the Basavanagudi Arbitration Centre, it’ll take 3-5 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

The following information will be needed, if the payment is made by an online transaction:

Date of transaction
Amount Transferred
Name of the Bank and Account Number through which they have made the transfer
The reason for the cancellation.

Those who makes payments by using Credit Card/Debit Card/or online wallet will get the
refund in their preferred medium and BAC may not be able to guarantee the time
required for the same.
