Arbitration Fee Schedule

The fee structure at BIAC has been calibrated to reflect both the seriousness of the arbitral process and the principle of proportionality. The schedule ensures that administrative and tribunal fees are commensurate with the complexity and value of the dispute, while remaining transparent and predictable for all parties.

The following fee structure is applicable to all arbitrations administered by BIAC. Fees are calculated based on the aggregate amount in dispute, including the claim, counterclaim, and any cross-claims.

Administrative fees and arbitrator remuneration are payable in accordance with the scales prescribed by the Centre. The Secretariat may, at its discretion, determine interim deposits to cover anticipated costs during the course of the proceedings.
